On November 2nd, Montagud will host an exceptional gastronomic experience: Pedro Sánchez, chef of Bagá (Jaén, 1 Michelin star), will bring the universe of one of Spain's most unique and admired restaurants to Barcelona for one night. Recognized for his radically personal approach, Pedro Sánchez has made Bagá a benchmark of contemporary haute cuisine. From a small space with just a few tables in the heart of Jaén, he has developed a proposal that is moving for its apparent simplicity, its depth of flavor, and a unique sensibility towards the product.

During this unrepeatable evening, diners will have the opportunity to delve into Bagá's culinary philosophy through a menu specially designed for the occasion. A cuisine of precise gestures and essential flavors, where each dish seeks maximum expression with minimal elements. Far from artifice, Pedro Sánchez's proposal invites guests to discover an intimate, honest, and deeply moving gastronomy, capable of transforming everyday ingredients into memorable experiences.
