VANDELVIRA & LA TASQUITA DE ENFRENTE (4-13-2026)

On April 13, two absolute referents of Spanish gastronomy will meet for something that has never happened before. Vandelvira and La Tasquita de Enfrente will cook together in a unique evening, conceived as an open dialogue between two ways of understanding cuisine. On one hand, Juan Carlos García, leading Vandelvira, one of the most personal and radical proposals in the current scene. His time at Narisawa in Japan and at the Bulli/Enigma factory has shaped his understanding of the craft. On the other hand, Juanjo López, the soul of La Tasquita de Enfrente, a tireless defender of product and the essence of Madrid's cuisine.

For one night only, they will establish a truly unprecedented creative exchange, a sincere dialogue between sensibility, technique, and product, where each dish will be an answer, a question, or a meeting point. The experience has been designed for only 42 diners. 42 people who will have the privilege of witnessing, from their table, a gastronomic conversation that will not be repeated in the same way. When the night ends, each kitchen will go its own way. But what happens at that table will remain solely in the memory of those who were there. One date. Two kitchens. 42 seats.
