Barcelona will be the stage for an unrepeatable night led by Javi Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo, two of the most restless and creative minds in current gastronomy. This dinner offers an experiential and transversal tasting menu, a journey without limits or labels where ideas, territories, and concepts that have defined their culinary universe coexist. Through a sequence of bites, diners will travel through projects such as Oba, Cañitas, Cebo, Caña, Eñe, or Can Domo, discovering the essence of each one reinterpreted in a single narrative. More than a dinner, it is an exploration: technique, product, and creativity taken to the extreme, where each dish breaks with the established and proposes a new way of understanding contemporary gastronomy.
