Barcelona will be the setting for an unrepeatable night courtesy of Javi Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo, two of the most restless and creative minds in contemporary gastronomy. This dinner offers an experiential and transversal tasting menu, a journey without limits or labels where the ideas, territories, and concepts that have defined their culinary universe coexist. Through a sequence of bites, the diner will travel through projects such as Oba, Cañitas Maite, Cañitas Málaga, Cebo, Caña, Eñe, or Can Domo, discovering the essence of each reinterpreted in a single narrative. More than a dinner, it is an exploration: technique, product, and creativity pushed to the limit, where each dish breaks with the established and proposes a new way of understanding contemporary gastronomy.
