"Space is essential in our culinary discourse: at Culler, we are interpreters of our territory. We try to make diners feel the land by using products that come from it, cooking our surroundings. Our gastronomic journey begins in a privileged location, and we conceive each part of the building – the kitchen, the entire restaurant – as an extension of the space, of the landscape. The Arousa estuary presides over the dining room within a minimalist building where the dining tables, as well as the kitchen and other multi-purpose spaces, look out from large windows onto the estuary with Ribeira on the other bank, and the islets of Noro and Vionta as spatial references, all enhancing the diner's experience. Natural light, wood, and glass prevail in the Culler building, aiming to reflect the surroundings, just as our menus and à la carte offerings do. We are an extension of the sea and the land, and what we do is transfer all of that into dishes where flavor is essential, but since all senses are interconnected, the combination of all of them matters when eating, savoring, and enjoying oneself at the table."
