A unique and unrepeatable dinner that could only happen within the framework of Montagud's Magical Nights. Joan Roca, Paco Morales, Nacho Manzano, Iván Cerdeño and Luis Lera, protagonists of Apicius 47, are, today, benchmarks in auteur cuisine. But before becoming great chefs, they were attentive sons. They were children who smelled of sofrito and bread with chocolate. They were silent apprentices of unschooled teachers. They witnessed knowledge passed down with wooden spoons, in hushed tones and with burning souls. From their mothers, they learned to observe, to respect the product, to understand patience, to cook with care.

Precisely for this reason, on the eve of Christmas, these 5 chefs unite to create a tasting menu composed of traditional dishes, dishes they ate, dishes they saw cooked by peering on tiptoe into their home kitchens.
